The play is about American-Polish connections, beginning from the Revolutionary War (1776) until present day.

Even though Polish characters make a substantial part of the play, it is by no means addressed to the Polish audience alone. On the contrary, it is universal, and could be enjoyed by everyone. Neither the playwright (Nancy Keystone) nor the actors are of Polish origin.
